    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection And it will conducts the Common Written Examination for the Post of Clerk in 19 Public Sector Banks.

    >> So, If you are Interested in this examination, then you need to satisfied any one of the given eligibility criteria -

    1. Candidates must have completed his 10Th examination form a recognised board with minimum 60% Marks.

    2. Candidates must have completed his 12Th examination with minimum 55% marks from a recognised board.

    3. Graduates candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination.

    The examination fees of IBPS Clerical examination was Rs 350, And you have to pay the fees in any nationalized Banks, the list of Nationalized Banks was available in the Notification.

    The eligibility for IBPS Clerk Exam is as follows:

    -Passed in 10th with at least 60% marks.
    OR
    -Passed in 12th with at least 50% marks.
    OR
    -Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

    Age limit: 18-28yrs.
    There is upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC,etc.

    Dear Friend,
    These are the qualifications required:
    1.A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in 10th std.
    OR
    2.A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 or Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma
    in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration.
    OR
    3.Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification
    recognized as such by the Central Government.
    If you have any of this qualifications then you can surely apply for IBPS Clerk Examination.

    IBPS is also conducting the clerk exam for candidates to apply for the post of clerk which is in vacancy.

    Basically as like other clerk exams IBPS also selects candidates through:

    • Written Test.
    • Interview.


    The exam will be conducted for 2 1/2 hours.

    For applying for the IBPS Clerk exam the eligibility conditions which the candidates must satisfy are:

    Candidate must have a citizenship in India.

    Candidate who are from General category must have a age limit of 18-28 years.

    Candidate who are from SC/ST category must have a age limit of 18-33 years.

    Candidate who are from OBC category must have a age limit of 18-31 years.

    As far regarding the education qualification which has to be satisfied is that the candidate must have finished their +2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate.

    The pattern for the IBPS Clerk exam is:

    • Reasoning
    • English Language
    • Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude
    • General Awareness
    • Computer Knowledge

    the required qualification for IBPS Bank Clerk Exam
    IBPS -- Institute of Banking Personnel Section
    The minimum educational qualification required to get into the field is :
    A Graduate DEGREE from any recognized university with just pass percentage .
    The age of the applicant must be in between 20yrs to 30yrs .
    Age Relaxation should be :
    SC/ST of 5years
    BC of 3years
    PH of 10years
    EX-SERVICE MAN of 5years
    Mainly the applicant must be an Citizen of INDIA .
    Imp Dates to be noted :
    Online Registration starts on : 09 July 2011
    Closes on : 01 August 2011
    Exam Dated on : 18th september 2011

    Exam Pattern :
    The exam is an objective type method containing 250 questions and must be answered in 150minutes .
    And then followed by a descriptive test for 25 marks in a duration of 60minutes , this consists of English Composition , Essay , Letter Writing , etc , .
    The posts that will be recruited after this exam are Probationary Officers / Management Trainees .

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for both PO position and Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.

    Required Eligibility Criteria to apply for Clerical Cadre posts of IBPS CWE:

    >>You must be having at least 55% of marks from your Intermediate from recognized board.Your age should be between 18 to 28 yrs.


    Eligibility Criteria to apply for PO Exam:

    >>You must be having at least 50% of marks in your graduation from recognized university and 5% relaxation is available for SC and ST candidates.Your age should be between 18 yrs to 28 yrs.
