    GPSC is Gujarat Public Service Commission and is conducted by government of Gujarat.

    The required Eligibility Criteria for appearing this exam are:

    1.You need to be Graduate in order to apply for this exam
    2.You need to have minimum age of 21 years and should not exceed 28 years of age.

    • For SC and ST age relaxation is for 5 years
    • For women’s in reserved quota it is 10 years
    • For general Women’s it is 5 years

    GPSC has two phases:

    1.Preliminary Test :It includes multiple choice questions. Technical and General studies questions will be asked. The second is descriptive part question from English,Gujarati,technical side. It covers 200 marks.
    2.Interview Test


    Preliminary test is held generally in the month of May/June. Interview Test for selected people will be held in the month of January

    Qualification : graduate in any discipline from recognized University

    The compitative examination comprises of :
    1. Preliminary Examination (Objective type) for the selection of student for the main examination
    2. Main Examination (Written Examination) for the selection of candidate to the personality test.

    The preliminary Examination consist of two paper with objective type question

    For the entrance to the examination, a candidate should be -

    A citizen of India, or
    A subject of Nepal, or
    A subject of Bhutan, or
    A Refugee from Tibet, who should have migrated to India for permanent settlement before 1st January, 1962, or
    A person of Indian origin who should have migrated to India for permanent settlement from Pakistan, East Pakistan, (Bangladesh), Burma (Myanmar), Shri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda of East African countries, United Republic Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam

    G.P.S.C is Gujarat public service commission exam conducted by the state government.

    The aspirants are invited for the below posts

    English Reporter, Class-II, Gujarat Legislative Secretariat

    hindi Reporter, Class-II, Gujarat Legislative Secretariat

    Claas 1 and 2 civil range forest officer ,legal assistant, etc


    Eligibility ::

    the eligibility for the exam is a Bachelor degree .

    Age ::

    The age limit is maximum of 30 for the general category.

    40 for women from reserved caste

    35 for sc/st/bc/mbc candidates

    GPSC is gujrat public service commision.

    This exam is state level exam.

    The eligibility of this exam is minimum graduation from a recognized university.

    The age should be above 21 years
    AND
    age should be less than 30 years.

    exam patterns are 3 levels:
    preliminary exam
    main exam
    personality test

    The eligibility criteria for the exam is below :

    1.one should done the graduation from any recognized university .
    2. A final year student are also eligible for the exam .
    3. Age limit for the exam is between 21-28 for general cast , 21-31 for obc ,
    21-33 for sc/st .
    4. There are no rules for the number of attempts like in UPSC , one can give any
    number of time exam till one eligible for the exam .

    The Exam pattern :

    Exam consist three steps :
    1) Preliminary exam
    2) Main Exam
    3) Interview

    In preliminary exam there are two objective type paper .
    After passing in the preliminary exam , one can appear in the main exam .

    The main exam consist of the following papers :

    Gujarati
    English
    Essay

    Optional subject 1
    Optional Subject 2

    After passing the main exam , candidate will be called for an interview.

    The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in Main exam plus
    interview together .

    GPSC stands for Gujarat Public Service Commision.

    After passing in GPSC one can get the post like Mamlatdar , Nayab Mamlatdar , Dy.SP , Deputy collector , TDO and so on .

    The eligibility criteria ;

    one should done the graduation from any recognized university .

    A final year student are also eligible for the exam .

    Age limit for the exam is between 21-28 for general cast , 21-31 for obc , 21-33 for sc/st .
