    you are graduate passed with 45% marks for 3 year llb course. if you apply for 5year llb course then the eligibility 12th passed with 45%marks.

    For LLB degree is enough with minimum percentage of 40%, then you can do LLB.

    The minimum qualification to join for the course is 12th pass out with 45% marks or 50% marks for those who join after graduation .Also for the other institutes it will b on merit. Since your score is low you may not be able to secure admission for the same. You have the option to take correspondence course from IGNOU.

    The eligibility criteria for the candidates are:
    1.a person should have completed his Graduation in any of the streams with a minimum of 40% marks
    2.a person belonging to Sc/ST should have 35% of marks
    3.there will also be a 2% weightage for PG students
    for admission the student should give an entrance exam and a personal interview
    LLB is a three years course and you will have six semesters in this

    If your aspiring to apply for LLB course then you qualified in bachelor degree then only your eligible to LBB course .

    LLB :- Bachelor of Law .

    It is an undergraduate degree program . The duration of the course for three years and the course is dvided into six semester . There are so many colleges offier LLB course in our country .

    As you are so interested to take admission in LLB course you can appear in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) which is conducted for admission to the LLB program at eleven National Law Universities.

    there are some very important institutions with some particular entrance exams.

    Eligibility:

    1:you have to pass the Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in total and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PH

    LLB course which is actually 3 years law course which is a bachelors course of law for which all the graduates from different streams are eligible to get admissions.

    So by this you are also eligible after completing you B.Tech and also MBA.

    there are various entry schemes for this course.

    In the course of LLB(Bachelors of Law) the students will get trained under different categories for example like about Indian Penal Code and other law aspects .

    LLB course are two types one is three years duration another is five year duration.

    Only graduate persons are applicable for 3 year course.Those are completed 12th standard are applicable for 5 years course.

    Only BA,B.SC and B.COM student are eligible but you have must 40% in graduation.For Sc/ST candidate this marks is reduced to 35%.

    I am post graduate in ma (sociology) from mumbai university. I got only 44%. and in BA I got above 45%. from Ratnam college Bhandup.
    Would you please suggest for further study regarding this, or kindly inform me that can I pursue LLb ?
