    Age-
    18 to 28 for General category students.
    and there is relaxation in upper age for SC/ST and OBC category candidates-
    SC/ST-18-33
    OBC-18 to 31
    Qualification-
    Minimum 12th with 60% marks are eligible to appear in this exam.
    Exam is held on 27th of November.
    Last date- 24th of September.

    AGE FOR DIFFERENT CASTS: 18 to 28 for General category students.
    FOR :SC/ST-18-33,OBC-18 to 31
    Qualification- He must have 50% minimum in his +2 .(or) Must have 60% in his Matriculation. The IBPS unit is conduction the Clerk exam on 27th November 2011 for more details visit www.ibps.in

    FOR PO`s
    1.Must have completed his graduation with 55%.
    2.Must be in the age group between 21-30 years.

    Their are two types of Bank Post for any Bank in India.They are

    Bank Clerical Post
    Bank Probationary Officer Post

    Eligibility criteria for Bank Clerical Post exam:
    Education Qualification:
    Candidate should have completed 12th class with any discipline from a recognized university.
    Age limit:
    Age should be between 18 to 28 years.

    Eligibility criteria for Bank PO's Post exam:
    Education qualification:
    Candidate should have completed graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.
    Age limit:
    Age should be between 21 to 30 years.

    Note:If you have above 60% marks in your education qualification,then only you can apply for below mentioned bank for post.

    State Bank of India
    Andhra Bank
    Punjab National Bank
    HDFC
    ICICI

    For remaining all the bank above 55% marks candidate can apply for Clerical Post/PO's post.

    Hiii....friend...
    To apply for the bank exam there are some eligibility criteria to be followed....
    At first and the fore most thing is your age should be in between 18-28 years...
    You should have minimum of 50% in 10th...
    You should have minimum of 60% in 12th and graduation....
    There are relaxations provided depending on the categories....
    for SC/ST relaxation was 5 years
    for BC it was 3 years...
    and for PH it is 5 years....
    Depending on these you can opt for banking....

    Common Clerk Recruitment Exams mandatorily demand some eligibility criteria to be fulfilled which can be discussed as follows:

    Age limit: 18 28 years

    Secured 60% marks in 10th OR 50% marks in 12th

    Have to appear for test from a state where you prefer to work (can apply to vacancies in that state only, in future)

    Should possess proficiency in the official language of that state.

    all the above mentioned criteria constitute the 4 prime essentials for the Common Bank Exam.

    the required eligibility for common bank exams is a graduation with minimum of 50% marks... and
    age between 21 to 28 and relaxation in terms of BC/SC/ST/ physically challenged etc..

    Hi,
    Following are the eligibility criteria for bank clerical exam :

    You must complete degree of graduation from a government recognized university with an aggregate of at least 55% in order to appear in the banks P.O exams.

    The minimum age of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank is 20 years for fulfill the eligibility criteria of the bank. A person younger to this age limit is not applicable to sit in the bank's P.O examination.

    The maximum age limit of the candidate prescribed by the authorizes of the bank is 30 years of the age can't apply on the P.O bank exam.

    You should be a citizen of India.

    You must have the basic banking knowledge and skills to be a part of the above mentioned program.

    You must possess a good command over computer applications to be a part of the above mentioned program.

    he/she must pass/studying in a final year degree from a recognised university. And candidate should be citizen of india. Age should be between 20-30 years for general category and for sc/st 5 years relaxation will be there and for obc 3 years, ph candidates 10 years and ex-servicemen 5 years of relaxation will be provided.

    Earlier You have to apply for each and every bank separately.Now You no need to apply for all the banks separately.You can apply for all the banks with One Single Exam.That is IBPS Common Written Exam.IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for both PO position and Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.Once go through following eligibility criteria;


    Eligibility Criteria for Clerical Cadre Exam:

    You must be having at least 55% of marks from your Intermediate from recognized board.Your age should be between 18 to 28 yrs.

    Eligibility Criteria for PO Position:

    You must be having at least 50% of marks in your graduation from recognized university and 5% relaxation is available for SC and ST candidates.Your age should be between 18 yrs to 28 yrs.

    If you satisfy above eligibility criteria then You can apply for IBPS common written exam.
