After completing your intermediat i.e 10+2 you are eligible to appear for government jobs under clerkcial position. If you are graduated then you can apply for managerial or any higher grade posts. Many govt. IT companies are hiring BCA graduates, you can directly apply for jobs on the website, some of the popular government companies who are hiring are BSNL, MTNL, NSDL, BHEL.
