for that one you have to give the entrance exam which one conducted by indian army in every year and than you to clear that exam and than go for thae interview

My friend if you have completed your B.A degree with 54% marks then you have a chance to join Indian Army,Air-force or Navy.

For that you have to appear for CDS exam conducted by UPSC 2 times a year.As you are 24 yrs old hence you are not applicable for Air-force and Navy.

You are only eligible for IMA and OTA.

After cracking CDSE exam you can be a army officer.

But for all these you have to clear CDSE exam.

Eligibility for CDSE:
1.You should be a Indian citizen.

2.you should be unmarrried.

3.For army-any graduate degree(min.50%),for airforce and navy-graduation degree with maths and physics or engg. degree(min 60%).

4.Age should be between 19-24 yrs. for army(For IMA)19-25 for OTA,19-23 for air force.

Procedure for CDS:
1. Three written exams one is of maths,one is of english,one is of general awareness.

2.After that you will be called for SSB,its a process of 5 days.

3.Medical test for 5 days.

4.Merit list

Pattern of CDS exam is follows:

There will be three objective question papers of 100 marks each.
1.English.
2.General Knowledge.
3.Mathematics.

Important Dates:

Notification:August and March.

For Air Force Academy

You need be unmarried .
Your age need to be between 19-24 Years .
You need to have Degree from a recognized University .
Only male candidates are eligible for exam .
You need to have physics & mathematics at 10+2 level compulsory .

For Indian Military Academy

You need to be unmarried .
Your age need to be between 19-24 Years .
You need to have Degree from a recognized University .

For Naval Academy

After your Graduation you need to go for the Combined Defence Services Exam to get in to the Indian army or the navy or the air force.
The exam is conducted by the Union Public Service commission every year.
To be eligible for:
>>Indian military Academy: you have to be a male unmarried candidate with 21 to 24 years of age and a graduate in any discipline
>>Indian Officers Training Academy: men and women: you have to be a male married or unmarried candidate with 21 to26 years of age and a graduate in any discipline or a unmarried female or non remarried widow or divorcee with the relevant docs.
>>Indian air force Academy: you have to be a male unmarried candidate with 21 to 24 years of age and a graduate in any discipline of science with physics and maths as one of the main subjects in 12th.
>>Indian naval Academy:you have to be a male unmarried candidate with 21 to 23 years of age and a graduate in any discipline of engg.

Since you are a graduate in arts so you can only apply for the either of the two academies:
*IMA or OTA: If you are a male
*OTA(Women non technical): if you are a female

That means you can just go for the army and not teh air force or the navy.

Indian Navy is one of the renowned as well as a respected jobs of the Government of India.

There are two chances every year for you. Generally, examination is held twice a year in the months of June and December every year.

They recruit through a entrance exam named Short Service Commission(SSC).

Eligibility Criteria :-

Nationality : Indian.

Marital Status : Unmarried.

Educational Qualifications :

i)You should pass the 12th or equivalent with Science and Mathematics with 60% or above marks in aggregate and optional as Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science.

ii)You should pass B.Sc in Physics, Mathematics or Electronics with minimum 60% marks.
or
iii)You should pass BE or B.Tech with minimum 65% marks in aggregate in any discipline from any institution recognized by AICTE.

Age Limits :19.5 to 25 years as the examination time.

Physical Standards:-

Height: Minimum 157 cm

The eligible candidates will be called up for Service Selection Board (SSB) based on their educational intelligence in graduation.

Exam Procedure

The eligible candidates are called for the written examination of objective-type of 75 minutes which includes:

After completing B.A with 54% to join INDIAN ARMY the procedure is to apply for the CDS examination which is conducted twice in a year.

CDS stands for COMMON DEFENCE SERVICES and is conducted by UPSC.

THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE EXAM IS:

1)You must be a citizen of INDIA.

2)You must be a graduate or in the Final year of graduation from any recognized University.

3)Your age must be between:

* For IMA (Indian Military Academy): Unmarried male candidates between 19-24 years on 1st January or 1st July of the examination year.
* For Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-22 years on 1st January or 1st July of the examination year.
* For Air Force Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-23 years on 1st January or 1st July of the examination year.
* For Officers Training Academy(OTA): Male candidates (married or unmarried) between 19-25 years on 1st January or 1st July examination year.

4)You must be physically fit.

THE SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:

English 100 marks
General Knowledge 100 Marks
Elementary Mathematics 100 Marks

->Elementary mathematics is not for the OTA students.
