NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Examination

Eligibility Criteria for NDA;

Age :- 16 ½ to 19 years

Qualification:12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for AF/Navy

Marital Status:Unmarried

Duration of Training : 3 Yrs at NDA and 1 Yrs at IMA(For Army cadets)

3 Yrs at NDA and 1 Yrs at Naval Academy(For Naval cadets)

3 Yrs at NDA and 1 & 1/2 Yrs at AFA Hyderabad (For AF cadets)

How to apply :

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Examination .

NDA Examination is conducted for recruitment of Army wings , Navy wings , Air force Academy examination .

General Knowledge: 100 marks
Elementary Mathematics: 100 marks

TOTAL: 300 marks

For OTA:

English: 100 marks
General Knowledge: 100 marks

TOTAL: 200 marks

Marks for SSB Interview:

IMA,NA,AFA: 300 years
OTA: 200 years

You should have a possess a degree with any desire subject of a recognized University or equivalent qualification .

Since you have completed the graduation degree you have to crack the CDS examination .

CDS Stands for Combined Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC , two times in a year .
CDS examination is one entry given to the various defence services .
