    To become a company secretary you have to clear the three courses. The first one is the foundation course. Once you clear the foundation course you have to apply for the intermediate course. You have to clear the group 1 and group 2 papers of intermediate with minimum marks. After nine months of passing intermediate course you can apply for the final course. Once you clear the final exam you can undergo training in any corporate firm to become company secretary.

    Yes you can do cs after 12th. firstly you qualified the cs entrance test with registration in online or cs branches.(www.icsi.in)
    and this courses is 3 stages.
    1st is--Foundation course.
    2nd is --Executive course.
    3rd is --Professional course.
    after graduation you can take in admission directly Executive stage without any entrance test.
