    You can join LLB course after your 12th which is for 5 years or after graduation in any decipline which is for 3 years. The cut off marks are different for different colleges , various entrance exam also conducted for the same like CLAT.

    The eligibility criteria for LLB is that one should have a B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. There is also a 2% Weightage for the post graduate degree holders. For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview.

    LLB course which is actually 3 years law course which is a bachelors course of law for which all the graduates from different streams are eligible to get admissions.

    So by this you are also eligible after completing you B.Tech and also MBA.

    there are various entry schemes for this course.

    In the course of LLB(Bachelors of Law) the students will get trained under different categories for example like about Indian Penal Code and other law aspects .

    At the end of this law course they will be given a chance to select the stream or specialization like Civil or Crime or Law and order .

    According to their choice they will be given a certificate to practice law.

    They can do practice individually or under a senior lawyer.

    LLB stands for bachelor of law.

    the eligibility criteria for LLB are as follows:

    1.you must have done your gradution from a recognised university in any discipline

    2.your % of marks should not be less than 55.

    3.for getting admission into LLB ,you to clear the CLAT examinations


    --->CLAT stands for common law admission test.

    ---> the examination comprises of logical reasoning,legal aptitude,elementary mathematics ,english etc


    the duration of LLB is three years (six semesters).

    Eligibility for LLB course:

    A Bachelor’s degree in any faculty of any other recognized University with at least 45% of the aggregate
    marks (40% for SC/ST/BC candidates).
    A Master’s degree from any other recognized university

    Scheme of Test:

    The duration of the Entrance Test will be of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Entrance Test will be of
    75 marks consisting 50 marks for 50 multiple-choice questions and 25 marks for subjective type
    questions. The subjective type questions shall be on writing and communication skill with legal
    aptitude. The objective type questions (other than testing “Knowledge of English”) will be available
    in Hindi also. The subjective type questions will have to be answered in English only.
