pls write the name of college/university in which u r taking the admission as each institute has its own procedure

During the councelling process you may provide the old income certificate to avail EBC scholarship, and after joining the college you are supposed to provide a new income certificate and avail the scholarship.

Councelling process consists of different stages like:
1.Certificate verification
2.Councelling sessions to select colleges and fee payment
3.Post web councelling if present through internet login sessions

During counseling time only you will be asked to submit your income , caste and other certificates which are required.
If you wont submit those certificates you have to pay the fees at college you will not be exempted from the fees.
during counseling what ever college you get the certificates are automatically transferred there by the responsible officials.
You just have to show the allotment order (printout from the net) in the college, that you are placed in that college.
Procedure of counseling;
* watch newspaper for the notification of counseling
* according to your rank they will inform you where to go for counseling and on which date.
* show the required certificates, and a fee of about 200/- has to pay there.
* there you will be informed how to apply for online counseling and how to select colleges according to your preference.

Hi buddy

EBC stands for economically backward class.

To apply for EBC the income of your parent should be below one lakh per annum.

Now to answer to your question you should submit the the EBC certificate after you join the college.

But till then you have to pay the full fee of college which will be refunded after you produce EBC certificate.

The documents required are

1. Income certificate
2. address proof
3. Declaration by student or parent

The EBC form can be obtained from college.
