Age limit is 21-30 years.

Preliminary Exam:-

This exam consists of 2 papers each having duration 120 minutes.

Paper1:- Indian history and national movements, geography, current events, general science, Indian polity and government, economics etc.

Paper2:- Comprehension, Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, General Ability, English language etc.

Main exam:-

main exam is having 9 papers & each of duration 180 minutes.

PAPER1:-A paper on Indian language
PAPER2:-English
PAPER3:-Essay
PAPER4 & 5:-Two papers on general studies
PAPER6,7,8 & 9:-Four papers on any of the optional subject according to candidate’s choice
