Now in this year it may be not same as previous year was, it can be fluctuate little bid, or not.You can wait for the counseling, then you will more know about this year.

Hi friend,

well at 130 marks i guess you may get 65000 rank but at this rank NIT, looks tough. According to previous year cutoffs you wont be able to get any NIT where you may get CIVIL even in OBC quota. If you had rank close to 30000 then you had got CIVIL but currently no, you cant get it.
