sharda university is not well known for its placements though it places some of the students .some companies who visit at sharda are TCS, Infosys, Wipro Technolgoies, Wipro Infotech, HCL Technologies, IBM, CSC, NIIT Technologies.....but these companies took only 5, 6 students (per company).and avg package is 3 lakh

but its developing now its placements are getting more as compared to previous year

as far as now, it has been 100% placement....

m.sc biotechnology students are very important for aggricultural companies.those are getting jobs in santa biotec and gvk biosciences and also in pharma companies

M.Sc. courses in Clinical research after B.Sc. in Biotechnology ... Sharda University will charge each student a fee of Rs 190000 per year ...

its abvious that it is a private univ. so the placements are not enough to give every student a job so u first try ofr the govt institutions to admission and then go for it.okkkkkkk

There are factors which will decide on the kind of job opportunities that you will receive. The first would be the repute of the institute. The second which is more important is the knowledge you have gained after completion of the course. You need to first decide on the job profile that will suit you. You need to choose between options like teaching, research. For the teaching profession you can appear for the NET exam after Masters. In the research field you have various options. You can join research labs or join organisations which do conduct research activities. These organisations will include animal husbandry, agriculture, pharmaceutical firms etc. If you desire for an administrative role in these companies then you must take up an MBA too.

As you know that sharada university is a new university in India . So, I think in case of placements opportunities ,it's not too good .but in case of faculties ,infrastructure its very good.

Sharda University is also a part of SGI(Sharda Group Of Institutions) North India's Largest Group and it consists a good placement offered by various companies

Sharda group of colleges is a growing community and since they are offering placements after msc biotech, students prefer to go for biotech. The placements in actual means is only 30- 40%. But if you want to join that institute i recommend you to also apply off campus for some good biotech firms like biocon, panacea, wokhardt, dabur group and others. How far is it true that they give placements in GVK Bio after the completion of the so called "Earn while you learn" programme?do they take all the students into their company after the course ...I will be thankful if any one can help me...
