    What percentage is required in B.Sc to become an IAS officer?

    How many percentage is required in B.SC graduation to become IAS officer? &
    Can I give UPSC exam to become IAS officer after completing my B.SC graduation?

    There is no percentage restriction to appear for IAS examination.
    but you should opt 50 % or more than from this..

    UPSC every year conducts the examination for IAS.

    The notifications were published on official website of UPSC or Rozgar newspaper.

    The candidates must have completd Gradaution from a recognized university in any stream.

    Age : 21 years to 30 years..
    Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

    IAS examination is conducted in three phases:
    Preliminary exam
    Mains exam
    and Interview.

    IAS Stands for Indian Administrative Service Examination .IAS is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year .

    If you have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for IAS exam.Final year student are applicable for IAS Exam.

    You have completed B.Sc degree so you are applicable for IAS .There is no marks criteria.

    The Candidates age should between 21 years to 30 years for general candidates .

    No. of Attempts:-

    For General: 3
    For OBC: 7
    For SC/ST: No Restriction
