Eligibility criteria for B.Ed :-
1]A candidate should be graduate in any discipline from recognized university.
2]Age limit 21-30 years for open category.
3]Age limit for OBC 21-33 years.
4]Age limit for SC/ST 21-35 Years.
5]A candidate should be citizen of India.
As you said that you have completed your B.A with 47 % it's ok there is no
problem with percentage you can apply for B.Ed entrance exam.If you score well
in entrance exam then you can get admission in any good college for higher studies.

if your belonging form sc/st candidate then only your eligible for BE.d course , because your percentage of marks is satisfied the eligibility criteria for the bed course , i provide you the detail regarding the bed course .

BE.d stands for Bachelor of Education . the duration of the course is 2 years and six semester is conducted the every institutions with practical training . there are so many college are offering this course . this course is for especially for teaching field candidates .

if you want to get admission in bed course then you should be qualified in under graduation in any stream ie commerce or science or arts with 50% percentage of marks in recognized university . if your belonging form sc/st candidates then the relaxation is given for 45% percentage of marks .

Dear freind your intermediate percentage is well but graduation percentage is somewhat less in order to apply b.ed.Bachelor of education(b.ed) is a course that can be pursue after completing graduation from any recognized university.You said that you had scored 47% marks in ba.If you want to appear in b.ed then you must score good marks.Here i am providing you a eligiblity criteria for bachelor of education. Eligiblity-Eligiblity for such course is required that a candidate must have pass graduation with minimum 50 percent marks from a ugc recognized university.Age limit 21-30 years of age.
