Well 12th is a higher secondary studies you have get pass mark in 12th there is no way because without getting pass mark in 12th you can't join any UG (Under Graduate) coarses like B.E ,B.com etc.
So you have write the re exam for 12th study well and try to get good marks , atleast you have get 60% so that you will eligible to get placed in any companies else there will be restriction

Firstly if you have any chance left, try to get through it because it leaves a very bad remark on your personality.

And now coming to your question, if you fail in intermediate, then you cannot do any undergraduate course. But
you can do various courses which comes under polytechnic,
diploma in engineering in any stream,
diploma in medical i.e.GNM.

You can join diploma in engineering giving the entrance exam conducted by recognized university like JET(joint entrance test ), for an admission in diploma in engineering into some good colleges or uniervsities.
