hi...there is no other better option than doing an PHD if you are interested in becoming an lecturer because you will have an chance to get job in any of the best colleges in the country and also you may say that there is an chance of becoming an lecturer even after doing an M.COM and thats true but you will be never promoted to the post of professor if you dont do PHD and thats the reason why you should do it ,you should try to do the phd from the very best college in the country and only then it will count in making your future really great ,

what will be the salary given to me aftr completing a phd?

You will be do Ph.D after completing M.Com because M.Com have less scope as comparsion of Ph.D.

After Ph.D you get jobs in IIT as a post of Professor and salary 35000/- to 50000/- per month.

You also get Job in NIT colleges or any other University.
