option 2: you can join in the direct second year in selector engineering branches , this process is called lateral entry in engineering

procedure to apply to lateral entry

1) download the application form the respective university
2) apply and pay the fee for counsellings before the due data
3) go for counsellings and select the seat in respective college which ever is available for your marks (note: you cant select your seat in first come first serve basis you will be called by your rankings)

U should continue ur education as people look for candidates with vast qualification either u can go for courses like APTECH, NIIT and others. If u want to do a job then take up and try to study B.tech part time in IGNOU this will give u degree and work experience

there are many organisation like DRDO offers u job based on the deploma and u can also work on private organization.. further u can study also u will ger the direct admission in b.tech 2nd yr.

After diploma in computer engineering , you can also go for MARINE ENGINEERING but for that you need to have some scuba diving qualification or expierence.

DCE u have completed means u shoud take BE(CS) because its relevant to ur previous course.

Don't worry,there are so many chances.Lateral Entry Engineering Test(LEET) is a examination through which you can take admission in 2nd year or 3rd semester of BE/B.Tech engineering in any branch.

Eligibility:

you can take admission in the BE/BTech programs if:

1:you pass any diploma degree of minimum 3 years after 10th.

or

you pass any diploma degree of minimum 2 years after 12th from any polytechnic institute affiliated with State Board of Technical Education(SBTE) or any University, or recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum of 60% marks and 55% marks for SC/ST in aggregate or any gradation system

2:you qualify LEET with at least 20% aggregate marks and 15% for SC/ST students

3:you are a citizen of India.

4:you should have good as well as moral character.

After completing the graduation of BE/B.Tech you can go for higher study M.Tech and then Ph.D otherwise you can go for MBA

for M.Tech you have to crack the GATE exam and for MBA you have to crack CAT,MAT,XAT etc

so if you have interest in it u should definitely go for comp engg.

after diploma you have two options with you,first is to join any job related to software,programming or private sector job.secondly you can directly join second year of b.tech on the basis of leet test.leet test is conducted for diploma candidates who want to take admission in b.tech.i would suggest you to join b.tech because after b.tech you will get more job oppurtunities and high pay packages also as compared to a diploma passed candidate.diploma is equivalent to +2 so you must join b.tech to become a engineering graduate.it is the best option.
