In commerce field there is huge scope in many of the fields like ;Hotel Management also which has got a good scope in the Industry,You can go for Commecial pilot and can become a Pilot in the Aviation Industry,You can go for diploma courses.You can try for CA ,CS ,You can go for Fashion designing courses,Interior designing courses.You can go for Bcom courses in different discipline like computer science ,Bcom hons .There is good market now adays in Eco hons course also.

Dear to join any course you must pass class 12.Without passing 12th you are not eligible to join any course,none of the college is there to take a fail student.The only way is that first you must complete class 12 with good marks and no need to take tension,dont be depress.Good luck!

first of all you'll have to complete 12th by repeating.
after that you can choose any course as per your own interest because after 12th commerce there are many many courses.

If you would like to continue in commerce field You have to study it even atleast for first year of your B.com

You can go for followings:

B.com ( general or hns.)
BBA.
CIMA.
ICWA (foundation).
B.A.(Economics)

You can go for followings (without maths):-
B.A.(general hns.) in any subject history,sociology,political science etc.
LLB.
BHM.
BBM.

After chooseing Commerce you have many options like-
You can various exams ]
CA
CS
ICA
ICWA
B.COm
BBA
BCA
But as you are fail in the 12th class so you are not eligible for any of exam or nor for any course...
the best is go again with your exam...

You are fail in 12th exam.
Without 12th you can't do any better courses for bright future.
You can do some computer courses as DCA,Tally,Autocad etc.
But this cources are not sufficient for your life.
So,first of all complite your 12th and go for following cources:-

BBA
BCA
B.Com
CA
CS
ICWA
LLB
Hotelmanagement
Banking as-P.O,Clerck etc.
