Who told you about gathering so much degree will give you job, the situation is different these days. During placement ,only top 50% students are able to get job in an avg institute.
So, in your case, you must have cleared only with minimum marks. Since you have completed graduation.
You are now eligible for many career options like :
Bank PO & clerk exams
Mtech/MS
MBA
PSUs like NTPC, BSNL, MTNL, DRDO.

There are many opportunities after complete B.Tech with electronics and communications:
Many companies in the government and private sector are offering jobs. In the government sector means, good jobs can be got by attempting Indian Engineering Services (IES) conducted by Union Public Commission. Companies like DRDO, ISRO etc
