You can apply for appropriate positions in different banks participating in IBPS exam. You can apply to these banks on the basis of the IBPS score. The notification regarding the different positions will be published by banks. Each bank will specify a state wise cut off score for each category of candidates. If you obtain a score which is equal or above the cut off score mentioned, you can apply for the positions in these banks. If you get short listed you will be called for the personal interview directly. The final selection will be based on the performance in the personal interview round.

If you have cracked the IBPS Examination then you will scored a score card and the validity of that score card is 1 years from the date of Issue, with the help of that score card you are eligible to apply for these given 19 banks for direct Interview.

After cracked the IBPS Examination, you have to wait for these banks Recruitment Notifications. When any one of the banks Published Notification, then you have to fill the application form as per your IBPS Score. The banks wants Minimum IBPS Score and if your marks more than that, then you will be shortlisted for Final Interview.
