    Civil service examination conduct every year by the UPSC for the different different POSTS like IAS/IPS/IFS/IES etc.Almost for all the examination which is conducted by the UPSC minimum qualification is required is to be graduate in any stream.For you it is also same i.e. the minimum qualification is also the bachelor degree from any recognized university.As you are from PD category so you can get the relaxation in in aggregate marks by 5 percentile in your graduation.For appearing in this exam you need to achieve 45% marks in your graduation.You will also get the 5 year relaxation in age limitation of this exam.You can give these exam from your 21 year old to 35 year old.And last you will get the relaxation in attempting the civil service exam.For you there is no such a number of attempt you can attempt this exam every time upto the 35 years.

    hearing handicapped person who is suffer 80% to 90% hearing disability can get ias cadre after passing civil service exam with better rank i.e under rank 200.? any problem at the time of interview? or which kind of civil service he may eligible??

    of coure physically disabled candidates are eligible for civil services .
    Exam is held in three stages:-
    1.csat
    2.mains
    3.interview.
    And this is all a serial procedure if you perform well in your prelims ie csat exam you will be qualified to the mains pattern and if you perform well in your mains pattern then you will be eligible for the interview round.
    You should have completed your graduation with a minimum of 45% of marks and you have to satisfy the age limits as laid by the UPSC governing to the criteria of caste liked reserved and other castes etc.

    Civil service exams are conducted by UPSC ever year.

    As you as a Physically Handicapped Candidate you have :-
    • Age relaxation,
    • Qualification Relaxation.

    You come under Reservation Quota so that there as some vacancies in the jobs which are only given for Physically Handicapped Aspirins.

    So apply for the exam and provided any Certificate as you are a Physically Handicapped Candidate then you will have Advantage as per the Government Schemes for Physically Handicapped Candidates .

    Normally to apply for Civil service exam :-
    • You need to have completed your Graduation.
    • Your age need to be between 21-33 years.
    • Age relaxation is only for Reservation category Candidates.
    Age relaxation:-
    • SC/ST :- 5 years.
    • OBC :- 3 years.
    • PH(Physically Handicapped) :- 10 years.
    Attempt`s :-
    • General :- 4 Attempt`s .
    • OBC :- 7 Attempt`s.
    • SC/ST :- No limit .
    • PH :- No limit .
    You need to be citizen of INDIA to apply for Civil service exam.
