    Hi friend,

    Eligibility for BSNL JTO exam
    • Indian Nationals are eligible for JTO Exam.
      Students having BE/BTech in following branches are eligible for JTO Exam....
    • Telecommunication engineering
    • Electronics engineering
    • Radio engineering
    • Computer engineering
    • Electrical engineering
    • Student should have at least 60% marks in graduation.

    You must have passed graduation BTech or BE in order to appear in BSNL JTO exam with 60% marks at least.
    You must have one of the following trades OR we cans say Branch.-
    Radio engineering
    Telecommunication engineering
    Electronics engineering
    Computer engineering
    Electrical engineering
    So if you have then you are eligible for applying for BSNL JTO exam.

    Dear friend,
    JTO stands for junior telecoms officer.JTO is conducted by public service commission.
    Eligibility criteria for JTO are as follows :-
    1]A candidate should be graduate in Engineering from recognized university.
    2]A candidate should have at least 60%in graduation.
    3]A candidate should be citizen of India.
    4]Age limit 21-30 years for open category .
    5]Age limit for OBC 21-33 years .
    6]Age limit for SC/ST 21]35 years .

    The eligibility for BSNL JTO exam is as follows:
    -Passed with B.E/B.Tech degree in any of the following discipline:
    * Telecommunication
    * Electronics
    * Radio
    * Computer
    * Electrical
    * Information Technology

    -Age limit: 21-30yrs.

    There is no such criteria for percentage.

    Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University.
    Candidates appearing in the final year degree examination may also apply provided they possess the required educational qualification

    Education Qualification for applying in JTO-Electrical
    , Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution/University.
    Candidates appearing in the final year degree examination may also apply provided they possess the required educational qualification

    Age: The applicant for JTOs(Telecom), JTOs(Civil) and JTOs(Electrical) should not be more than 30 years of age on the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates. However, this age is relaxable as per standing instructions on this subject for:-
    i) Govt. servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.;
    ii) BSNL employees upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the BSNL;
    iii) For Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes candidates upto 5 years;
    iv) For OBC Candidates upto 3 years;
    v) For General Category PH candidates upto 10 years ; (for SC/ST 15 years and for OBC 13 years)
    vi) For certain other categories like ex-servicemen, displaced persons from East Pakistan[now Bangladesh], repatriates from Burma and Ceylon [now Srilanka],residents of Goa, Daman & Diu, persons migrated from Kenya, Uganda, Republic of Tanzania as per instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.


    Further in respect of apprentices who have undergone apprentice training in BSNL successfully, there will be following provision:-
    (a) An apprentice will be required to compete in the common competitive examination conducted by BSNL along with other direct candidates and preference to the apprentices over non-apprentices direct candidates will be given only if apprentices secures equal place in merit in select zone and all other eligibility conditions being equal.
    (b) The apprentices would not be required to get her/his name sponsored by any employment exchange.
    (c) The apprentices would be entitled to age relaxation to the extent of the period for which the apprentice had undergone training as apprentice in the BSNL

    You are not eligible for JTO exam.
    First you complete your graduation,then you can for JTO exam

    Friend,

    JTO stands for junior telecom officer and it is a government job whose exam is conducted by BSNL.

    The eligibility for BSNL is:

    Eligibility :

    1) Nationality : Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.
    2) Educational Qualifications: Applicant must possess as on 23.03.2008 Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university:

    i. Telecommunication,
    ii. Electronics,
    iii. Radio,
    iv. Computer,
    v. Electrical.

    3)The age of a candidate must not be more than 30 years.Some relaxation in age is there for reserved categories.

    i) Govt. servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.;

    ii) BSNL employees upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or
    orders issued by the BSNL;

    iii) For Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes upto 5 years;

    iv) For OBC Candidates upto 3 years;

    v) For PH candidates upto 10 years ; (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC)

    There is a bond of atleast five years means you have to serve in the BSNL for five years compulsory.

    The documents to be enclosed in Application form are:

    1. Three identical passport size photographs out of which one should be pasted (not stapled or pinned) on the
    application form, duly attested, and the other two attached to the application (not to be pasted or attested)

    2. Two self addressed unstamped envelopes of 27 x 12 cms size

    3. Bank Draft for Rs.500/- (payable at par at the station of submitting the application) [Not required for
    SC/ST/PH candidates]

    4. Medical certificate in respect of Physically Handicapped candidates

    5. Certificate of Apprentice training if undertaken in BSNL successfully.

    BSNL-JTO exam doesn't require your 12th class qualification.

    Eligibility Criteria for BSNL-JTO Exam:
