Dear The CPT Exam will be held twice a month.
In order to get pass in that CPT exam You need to get more than 50% in each subject.
The subjects included in it are

* Accounts - 60 marks,
* Mercantile law - 40 marks,
* Economics - 50 marks
* Maths And Statics - 50 marks.

So you need to get Half of the marks. For a example Account subject has 60 marks so you need to get 30+ .In this way Try to secure more to get Passed.

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test.

This exam is the entrance exam for CA (Charted Accoutant).

CPT exam is conducted by ICAI board.

This exam is conducted twice every year, 1st in the month of JUNE and next in the month of december.

This exam is of 200 marks.

You need to complete your 12th standard from a reconized university .

The subjects including CPT exam are :-

Mathematics ( which is of 50 marks)

Accountancy (which is of 60 marks)

Merchantile law (which is of 40 marks)

Economics (which is of 50 marks)

The exam is conducted 2 days , 2 hour`s each.

You need to get 50% that is you need to get 100 marks to get qualified.
