These is no criteria of minimum marks for BSNL JTO exam. The applicant should posses B. Tech or B.E as on 31-12-2011.

But must be complete his graduation in B.Tech to apply but as you are student of B.Tech 4-1 you have to wait until the completion of your graduation and apply next year.

1. Nationality- Indian.

2. Educational Qualification- B.E/B.tech or equivalent engineering degree from a recognised university in the following:

a. Telecommunication
b. Electronics
c. Radio
e. Computer
f. Electrical Information Technology

Eligiility for BSNL JTO (Civil)

1. Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor ofTechnology or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognizedInstitution/University.

final year student are not eligible foe BSNL JTO exam.

You must select a field in which you are most comfortable. The applicant should posses B. Tech or B.E as on 31-12-2011.The minimum marks required to get into the BHEL is you must have minimum of 55% as a aggregate mark in the graduation.but According to me,You are not eligible to write the BSNL JTO exam this year as you are pursuing your B.Tech still.If you want to go for further studies choose best course which will give you job satisfaction.
