Cut off marks/score depends upon the

Number of students taken the exam
Number of students qualified
Number of posts
Difficulty of exam paper

Depending upon the above 4 factors cutoff marks will decide.

According to the experts ,IBPS exam is very huge competition exam,across India,so many students taking this exam.So you get 70% of marks that is 70% of 250 marks=175 you will defiantly get the job in any of the 19 banks notification.

In worst case i.e the paper is difficulty then you have to score 60% of marks.

If you get 70% marks in IBPS Clerk exam then you will definitely get a job in any of the 19 banks. It means you must score 175 marks out of 250 marks !! If the paper is tough then even 60% marks can bring you a bank job.

Cut - off marks for IBPS clerk exams :
