Hi friend,
There is no age bar mentioned to appear for CTET exam but Graduates who possess a B.Ed degree or those who are pursuing a B.Ed degree can apply for this exam. You should score 50% marks in graduation to attend this exam. Reserved category candidates such as SC/ST/OBC etc are given relaxation in percentage of marks. Such candidates need to score only 45% marks in graduation level.

There are no particular age limits for the CTET examination and you can appear for the examination if you satisfy the required eligibility criteria.The Examination is conducted for the candidates depending on their eligibility criteria which are required for appearing to the particular qualifications.....

Central Teacher Eligibility Test:
This CTET examination is conducted by the Central Board of secondary Education CBSE and this examination is conducted for the selection of the candidates in to the Central Schools for the Primary sections and the secondary sections examinations and the selection procedure conducted for the selection process is the Written test of the respective syllabus for the posts you had applied for.

There are minimum education qualifications which are available and to be eligible for the teachers in the central schools like the K.V,etc.you should have qualified the Teacher Eligibility test which is conducted by the NCTE act.

Minimum qualifications required for Primary class teachers:

CTET will be a compulsory and essential requirement for securing a teaching job in all types of central schools.

You must have a valid degree for B.Ed course.The certificate can not be more than 7 years old.

There will be 2 papers with objective multiple choice questions. Each paper will consist of 150 questions. These papers are intended for different levels of teaching as described below.

1. Paper I: For those want to become teachers for classes I-V.
2. Paper II: For those want to teach classes between VI and VIII.
3. Paper I and II: Those interested in teaching from Class I to VIII will have to appear and qualify in both the papers.

Age:- There is no upper age limit to apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).

1. Child Development and Pedagogy
2. Mathematics
3. Environmental Study
4. Language I (medium of instruction)
5. Language II (chosen from a list other than language I)

Dear friend to giving any civil service exam the age criteria is as following:
For the General Category Candidates the age must be in between 18 to 30 years.
And for the OBC category candidates they will get 3 years relaxation and for them the maximum age is from 18 to 33 years.
And In case of SC/ST categories they will get the 5 years relaxation time and for them the maximum age is from 18 to 35 years.....
