    Business Correspondence means the way of communicate through the exchange of letters. The letters written or received by two or more persons/parties which may come in the form of letters, emails, text messages, voicemails, notes or post cards. Communication through exchange of letters is known as correspondence.

    If you communicate with your Friends or with your family members through any modes then it is known as personal correspondence.

    But if you write or Receive letter from clients and communicate with letter then it is called Business correspondence, Businessman also writes and receives letters in his day to-day transactions, which may be called business correspondence.

    We can say that it is the Written communication between two parties. If one party wants goods from supplier then they communicate with letter and other modes of channel and this two way communication we called Business communication.

    What is the Importance:

    -->> Create and maintain goodwill
    -->> Inexpensive and convenient mode
    -->> Help in expansion of business

    Business correspondence or Business letter is a written communication between two parties. Business letter is way to Express the Ideas and Thoughts Between two Companies or Two Parties.

    two parties.
    it means through which views are expressed and ideas or information is
    communicated in writing in the process of business activities means
    it is a partnershipof two person to improve their letter.

    People use various ways to communicate.

    This communication can be done for any specific purpose or reason for example Business.

    Now this communication is possible through a number of ways or mediums.

    These may be:

    Text

    Letters

    Verbal

    Mails etc.


    The form of communication via Letters forms the term "Business Correspondence".

    So it is nothing but a form of Communication via Letters.
