    dear pharmacy or pharmacology is one of the main disciplines under bio medical science and the pharmaceutical industry,
    there are many disciplines with in the bio medical sciences.
    pharmacy is related to the health sciences ,it was the profession responsible for the preparation ,dispensing and appropriate use of medication which provides you services to the achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
    there are 225 programs in pharmacy conducted by the different universities in India.
    the main courses in the pharmacy are .
    • 2 years diploma in pharmacy,
    • 4 years bachelor of pharmacy,
    • 2 years master of pharmacy , and
    • ph.d programs,
    eligibility details
    if you want to take admission in diploma in pharmacy you must require 10+2 or equivalent education with,
    • physics
    • chemistry,
    • maths,
    • or biology,
    as you want to go for the bachelor in pharmacy than you need to have 10+2 with
    • physics,
    • chemistry,
    • maths,(or)
    • physics,
    • chemistry,
    biology, than you can get admitted in b.pharm.in bachelors level you have no specialization.
    but at the masters level you have lot of specializations like
    • pharmaceutics,
    • pharmacognosy,
    • pharmaceutical chemistry,
    • biochemistry,
    • pharmaceutical engineering etc..
    you can also go for ph.d after the
    • m.pharm in pharmaceutics,
    • pharmaceutical chemistry,
    • pharmacology,
    • pharmaceutical marketing,
    • and management.
    you must have strong liking of the subject ,science and medicines , you must have have good ability of hard work ,strong logical thinking,
    patience counselling skills are good requirement required .
    remuneration,
    average salary for the pharmacist is around 4000,
    research scientists 10000 to 40000,
    medical representatives 5000 to 10000,
    manufacturing pharmacists have 3000 to 5000 per month, you can get 2,500 to 3,500 in government jobs.

    Hello friend,

    Pharmacy is a medical field,which will give you complete knowledge of all types of medicines prevalent.It is one of the most best careers in India.Pharmacy courses are of 3 types:

    • D.Pharmacy(Diploma)
    • B.Pharmacy(Graduation)
    • M.Pharmacy(Post Graduation)
