    management is concerned with managing a group of inter-dependent projects.

    *But from another view point, process management includes program management.

    * ISO 9001 promotes the process approach to managing an organization.

    Management is simple and basic language means the "technique" how to"manage" the "workforce". This thing has been actually derived from the term Management. If we break the word "management" we get 'manage', 'men' and 't' which means technique. The basic function of Management popularly termed as PODSCOR means P- Planing, O- Organizing, D- Directing, S- Staffing, Co- Controlling or Co-ordination, R- Reporting.

    Management means How we manage things in our daily life or in anything else...........

    Generally management consists planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal.

    As we come in the education details Management generally deals with M.B.A (Master of Business Administration) .........Human Resources (H.R)..........Financial Resources...............etc............

    In these upgoing days Management plays a very major role especially for intellectual students..........and who has good verbal communications...................

    Definition of Management:-

    Management is an individual or a group of individuals that accept responsibilities to run an organisation. They Plan, Organise, Direct and Control all the essential activities of the organisation. Management does not do the work themselves.

    Features of Management:-

    3. Result oriented science and art

    you can manage any thing what you want that will be shop, a business, an account, a records, a database of a organization, an organization etc.

    i am taking a example for understand the means of management
    suppose you are manage a business or a shop.
    you have a books store.
    so now to start a business first you think about your business what you do .means to say you have to plan first what is your need
    after that you open your business and now you have need investment. so think again how much i invest in business and after take final decision you invest in business. means to say that after plan you apply that.
    after that you have to maintain your business how you maintain that depend on your thinking . means to say that how to organize your business.
    after that you sale your stock and then order for new. means that you have to manage you whole things

    this is management.

    Management is the term used to organize an organization in such a way that every work done in the organization is in planned manner, organized manner and in control manner.

    A management leads to the success of an organization that is its goal to the success, in similar way we human also manages our life i.e is in the form of timetable.

    A management helps the organization to be sustainable and doesn't get confused it work load is much on the organization.
