Dude you can not appear for the any of the government sectors or the other sectors of the private or the public sector organisations as your percentage is not eligible for appearing to the examinations,there are some other qualifications are also needed to appear for the jobs in the sectors,among all the other qualifications you need to have minimum of 65% to appear for the government sector jobs and for appearing to some other private sectors at least you need to have minimum of the 60% aggregate and with out the first class also you can not appear for any of the other jobs also,now a days with the competition of the present technologies there must be at least of the 65% of marks should be needed to appear for any of the jobs............

There are many core technical fields and also many fields which are present for the Electronics and Communication Engineers should be needed.Some of the core technical fields which are available for the Electronics and Communication engineers are.......

*ISRO
*Railways
*HCL
*HPCL
*NTPC
*Samsung
