As you have completed BHMS you can have various opportunities in all the sectors.

Doctors are in great demand in all the sectors as every organization has health department and relevant health officers.So that you can practice medicine or you can have various management positions in organization in health departments.

I would suggest you to do MBA in Health care management or Hospital administration after the completion of BHMS as it gives you much more opportunities than a single undergraduation course.
Although BHMS gives you the opportunities to work as administrator you will not have much growth when compared to MBA.You can work in many corporates and MNCs and also fro government companies with good pay package
