See if you fail in any subject, whether it is polytechnic or regular engineering or B.Com or B.Sc. or BA or any other diploma course, that will never help you in your job profile. Because you see, you have to show your resume to different companies to apply for a job. In your resume you have to most definitely put your educational qualifications. So this educational status would not help you in jobs. so what you do is, go for thsi course again. I mean clear your backlogs, what ever you have in which ever exam and then you apply for a job. This will be applicable for technical jobs. So go for some small companies where they allow polytechnic people. I am saying this because most well known MNCs allow only honors graduate people for their job, be it technical or HR or financial or others. After that complete a masters degree through correspondence so that your scale increases. Think about it.
