Since this year NET exam, conducted by ASRB, has already been conducted and next year's dates have not been decided so I can give you only idea about it.
Forms will be available in the last week of March,2011
Last date of submission of the form is last week of April 2011
Preliminary Exam will be held on third sunday of September, 2011
Main Exam will be held on Last sunday of November, 2011

For NET: An examinee must have attained the age of 21 years

my friend the dates have not been officially released...but i have the tentative dates of the main exam...it is about mid of september so u can judge that the forms will be available after around july only...
so just check the website if they are available...

Date of UGC NET examination: 26th June 2011

Date of UGC NET Notification : 30.03.2011

i) Last date for Applying On-Line 25th April 2011

ii) Last date for receiving the documents* at the test center: 2-5-2011
