    ***Civil judge future prospectous***

Although civil juages are apointed by entrence exam conducted by state public comision but the power to recruit any position regarding civil judge is totaly in hand of highcoart. Civil judges are apointed and made eligble to promotion to senior civil judge only after 5year experiance. Apointment is done by highcoart. If state decides the tenur to be 2year then it can be only elobrated only by high coart. And this depend on efficiancy of judges direction given in his tenur.

    Good luck.
