Well, as we all know that The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration. In most universities, the degree is conferred upon a student after four years of full-time study (120 credit hours) in one or more areas of business concentrations; see below. The BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations. Note that the BSBA - a variant on this degree - usually differs as regards to General educational requirements.

Now, coming to your problem, you say that you have less grades,,, that means you have very less chances to perish when it comes to joining any company..

So, mine suggestion will be you should opt for MBA/PGDM by appearing in examinations like CAT/MAT/XAT,etc it will sure help you to get a nice college. And also opt for colleges via state counselling by CAT marks, it will help you to get nice colleges like IMT Ghaziabad or IMS ghaziabad..

You must tell exact % you got in BBA.because admission in further studies will be given on the basis of marks in graduation +entrance exam.if you got less than 50 % in graduation then better option for you to go home and start working with your father so that you will handle your father's traditional business very well.if you got more than 50 % in graduation then you can go for MBA in any one of the following stream-

you did not mention how less grade you have in BBA.

Even if you have 50% marks you could still appear for many entrance examinations conduct for admission in MBA.

You are also eligible to do for Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accountancy course even if you do not have much grade in BBA .

You could change your subjects in post graduation and can choose the subjects according to your personality and capabilities.

hi.....dont be heartbroken about low grades....you still have a huge number of options ahead of you....let me help u with some- First of all I would say that before choosing any program or career field the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations. However, after getting a bachelors degree in Management studies the best option is MBA but, apart from MBA the other programs or certifications you can opt for: CA, CWA, CFA, CFP, Masters in finance, and Masters in Finance& Accounting.

There are other short term programs in stock market etc. provided by NSE and other financial Institutes which you can opt for.
