If you are going for BDS course then fee structure is not fixed, it varies from college to college ,state to state.If you are getting admission in govt. college then fee will be around 10,000 to 25,000 per year,but you are getting admision in private college then you have to pay 1,50,000 to 2,00,000 per year.
For getting admission in govt college you have to get good rank in your state CET exam or CBSE-PMT exam,only then you will get to pay less fee than in private coll.

I am from Bhutan, i want to study BDS in private college, please advise me, which college is good and reconized by indian medical council, further the fee structure for the NRI student please.

The fees structure is different for every college and university.
For govt. And pvt. Colleges its is different.
The fees for govt. Colleges is less in comparision to pvt. Colleges.
The fees for Govt. Colleges is Rs30,000 to 32,000per semester.
In pvt. Colleges it is about 1,50,000per annum.
If you want to study in less fees than you have to qualify in COMED exam which is held to select the students for MBBS and BDS in
govt. Colleges in the India.
