    What is the fee structure for 3 year law course for General Candidates? Is there any fee reimbursement scheme applicable for this law course?

    What is the fee for three years law course for o.c's? Is there any fee re-embersement for law course?

    LLB (Three-Year Degree Course)
    The course of this is divided in in six semesters, which are conducted over the period of six years. Meant for graduates, the curriculum presents an amalgamation of compulsory courses, optional courses and practical training. The semester-wise curriculum of this course is presented as follows:

    Family Laws I
    Law of Contract I
    Law of Crimes
    Labour Law

    Semester II

    Family Law II
    Constitutional Law
    Law of Torts and Consumer Protection Act
    Practical Training III (Professional Ethics accountancy for Lawyers and Bar Bench Relations)

    Semester III

    Law of Evidence
    Environmental Law (Including laws for protection of wildlife and other living creatures and animal welfare)
    Human Rights and International Law
    Arbitration Act, Conciliation And Alternative Disputes
    Resolution Agencies

    Semester IV

    Jurisprudence
    Property Law including Transfer of Property Act and Easement Act
    Practical Training IV (Public Interest Lawyering, Legal Aid and Para Legal Services)
    Law of Contract II

    Semester V

    Code of Civil Procedure and the Limitation Act
    Legal Writing
    Administrative Law
    Interpretation of Statutes
    Land Laws

    Semester VI

    Code of Criminal Procedure, Juvenile Justice Act and Probation of Offenders Act
