What is the exact procedure to make my career in core electronics(Design and Manufacturing)? How to get experience in the field of core electronics? I'm interested in Embedded systems, Micro Controllers(Assembly language) and digital electronics.

Hello....Hey I am Prakash.
Now finished my 1year working in IT software testing.
Basically I studied engineering in Electronics and Communication. So I am much interested and opt to electronics field.
I would like to work in core electronics industry where the design and manufacturing takes place. The area which I am much interested is Embedded systems, micro controllers(assembly language) and some wat in digital electronics(semiconductors). But when I have tried for those, all they ask is "experience" in that field which I dont have. So I am confused as to how to get in dis industry. Some Electronic Manufacturing Services industries lik Sanmina-SCI, Flextronics, etc are best in design and ST Microelectronics for semiconductors.

So please tell me as to what will be the exact procedure for this.
