    What is the eligibility criterion to appear in NEET exam? Am I eligible for NEET if I don't have mathematics subject in Intermediate? When the application forms will be available for next year registrations?

    I am 17 years old.I will be going into the 12th next year.I have taken Physics,Chemistry,Biology as my subjects.I have not taken maths.Will I be eligible to take the NEET exam?If so, then where would i be able to get the forms for next year.
    Also could someone please tell me about a website where i can find the eligibility for undertaking the NEET exam.

    Hello Friend

    YES you are eligible for NEET exam if you donot have Mathematics as your main subject in your 10+2 and i say that Mathematics is not required for applying NEET exam.

    NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) is an All India Exam going to be conducted for the first time for the entry into M.B.B.S, B.D.S and M.D courses to get admission in almost all Medical colleges in India including Private colleges.

    A single merit list is prepared based on the marks secured in the common entrance exam for nearly 35,000 seats across the country which shows state minorities SC/ ST quotas.

    AIIMS New Delhi, AFMC Pune, PG college Chandigarh does not come under the NEET category as they are formed by separate government rule.

    Eligibility for NEET exam


    - you must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( PCB ) as your main subjects and you should get minimum 60% marks.

    - your age should be minimum 17 years.

    NEET 2012 exam is going to be held on 13th May 2012 in all district head quarters across India, Applications will be released after 2nd Week of December and you can apply through Online and Offline mode.

    Examination Pattern :

    NEET exam paper consists of 180 questions with 45 questions from each PCB subject and there will be no negative marking for the wrong answers the score is calculated in the form of percentile and the time limit is 180 minutes.

    NEET exam is conducted by MCI(Medical Council Of India) to select candidates for MBBS in different colleges around the country.

    Yes my friend you are eligible for NEET exam as if you do n't have studied maths in 11th-12th class,maths is not mandatory subject for NEET.

    It will be a common entrance for almost every MBBS college and MCI has declared that NEET result will be counted for dental also.

    Eligibility Criteria for NEET:

    1.You should be Passed 12th class examination with minimum of 50% (General category) and 40% (Reserved category).

    2.You should have studied Physics,Chemistry,Biology in 11th-12th class.

    NEET exam will be paper-pencil exam.

    There is no online exam of NEET.There will be 250 questions,all questions will be of single answer out of 4 choices.

    30% marks each for Physics and Chemistry and 40% marks for Biology, i.e. Physics: 75 mcqs, Chemistry: 75 mcqs, Biology, 100 mcqs.Test will be of 3 hrs.

    Schedule:

    Date of Notification: last week of November 2011.You can apply online or offline.

    Last Date of application: January 15th 2012 12.00 Noon

    Issue of Admit Cards: by April 15th 2012

    Exam Date: Last Sunday of May

    Application Fees: Rs. 1000 (General category) and Rs 800 (OBC/SC/ST category)

    NEET is an exam conducted by MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA every year to provide admissions to various students to make their career in the field of medicine for MBBS courses.
    So the important subjects are PHSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY.
    It does not matter if you did not have maths in your class 12th.
    Syllabus for NEET is all physics, chemistry and biology syllabus of Class 11th and 12th.
    The exam is held at all india basis and has a high toughness level.
    so do prepare well.

    NEET stands for National Eligibility cum entrance test.NEET is all India Medical entrance exam for admission to MBBS colleges in India.

    This examination is conducted in first time in 2012.

    The minimum eligibility for NEET is you have to complete your 10+2 with Biology as one of the compulsory subject with an aggregate of 50% marks for the general students 40% of marks for reserved candidates.

    NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (NEET) is a exam to seek admission for medical degree, so if you are going in 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Boilogy then you will be able to appear for the exam if you fulfill these conditions:
    Pass 12th class examination with minimum of 50% (General category) and 40% (Reserved category) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board before admission
    Last date for application is : January 15th 2012 and Exam Date is May 13th 2012

    Eligibility For NEET Exam

    National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted for mainly the MBBS courses all over India

    You are definitely eligible for the NEET Exam even if you do not have Maths as your subjects in 12th as for this exam, the only necessary subject is Biology

    The NEET Exam is going to be conducted on 13th May,2012

    The forms shall release in the last week of December,2011 and the last date to submit the forms is 15th January,2012

    Yes youCAN GIVE to test if you do notHAVEt two as his main subject is math and I have to say that mathematics is not necessary to apply test Neet.



    All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi, PG College Chandigarh AND AFMC COLLEGE IN PUNE Neet does not come under the category as they are formed by different government rule.
    Neet eligibility for examination

    You are Physics, Chemistry and Biology must complete 10 +2 with minimum 60% marks you as your main subject should receive.

    If i yake drop this year to prepare for NEET, will i be eligible for it next year? For how many times we can appear for it? Is taking a drop for NEET a right deision?

    The Eligibility criterion for NEET-UG is Candidates should have passed 10+2 with a score of 50% (General) and 40% (SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized board.
    Age eligibility for NEET-UG:- Candidate should be of minimum 17 and maximum 25 years A 5 years relaxation on the age upper limit is applicable for SC/ST/OBC.
    Eligibility of NEET-PG:- Candidates should have passed MBBS final year and internship as well.
