    Hi aspirant,

Most of the MNC or multinational companies want a candidate with 7.5 or 8 point CGPA in their Btech or graduation degree. So it will be better for you to pursue the Bachelor course first otherwise you should be ready to accept the struggling awaiting for you.

This companies have a great demand in the market. So what they search in a student is real core talent and better interactive skills which are the only two thing that will help them in their upliftment. But a student at your stage has less chance of knowing anything about the technical running procedure of any company.

If you want to join any MNC then you have to undergo some technical or industrial course of 6 month or 1 year duration so that on that basis you can claim to have logical thinking capability in the field you are interested.

Some of the courses you can pursue are are,

    Animation
    Hotel management
    Diploma
    Fashion Designing
    Interior Designing
    Diploma in Hardware
    Diploma in Software
    ITI
Computer courses such as visual Studio, Java, C++, HTML, XML,etc.

And for applying in these company you have crack their written test as you have a percentage below 75% in your 10+2. And then you have to appear the interview process conducted by the company's HR. After cracking theses two exams you can be appointed for any post in MNCs.

Some of the MNC you can apply for are:

    Core companies :

    Tata steel
    Tata motors
    Jindal steel
    Mahindra
    Alstom
    L&T
    Bhushan steel
    Maruti
    Petron
    Nexus

    Software companies :

    Microsoft
    TCS
    Wipro
    Ibm
    Infosys
    Accanture
    Tech mahindra
    Hcl
    Iss software
    Foradian technology

These companies are top MNCs that recruits candidates from India and they conduct their recruiting procedure on campus as well as off campus.

I am mentioning it once again its your performance and attitude which gains you, your cup of coffee. If you fail there percentage requirement and blow up the personality test with good score, then surely you are in.

hello......most of the multi national companies will ask 60% in all academics so no need to bother about 12th percentage ,but due to recession period the cut off have been moved to 68% in graduation so better you concentrate on your graduation aggregate,if you have this criteria you are eligible to attend the interview in most of the mnc's.
    All the best.
