Re: What is the eligibility criteria for LLB course?

    Dear Friend,

One is the 5 year LLB course after 12th. Another is the 3 year LLB course after a degree. If your aim is to go for an LLB course then joining LLB after 12th is ideal. When thinking logically it is better to join LLB after 12th, as you will not lose one year with 3 years in degree and 3 years in LLB after degree. The basic eligibility to join an LLB course after 12th is to have more than 45% of marks in the board exam in most of the Universities and colleges. If you are planning to join in any of the top colleges like NALSAR, NLSIU or any other biggies then you must have higher percentage of marks. You will also need to qualify in the Common entrance exam for Law.

Re: What is the eligibility criteria for LLB course?

1.to join LLB you need at least 60% in 12th
2.private colleges do not have an entrance exam, so you may have to approach them directly. The college authorities usually disclose the fee structure on notice boards.
3.BA English is not an eligibility for law/LLB
    4. you may have found many lawyers with BA,LLB which is actually an integrated course available at national law schools, however you will have to write a qualifying exam - CLAT2011 for admission.
5.You can do either 3 yr LLB degree from any college or 5yr integrated course from National law colleges. In 3yr course there is no entrance exam.

    hi friend

LLB is the bachelor of law

generally there is two ways to do the LLB course.

first after the 10+2,the eligibility for this is:

    >>you must have scored at least 50% in 10+2 from any stream.

    >>your age should not exceed 20 years.

    >>you have to qualify for the CLAT examinations.

    >>CLAT stands for common law admission test.

    >>the duration of this LLB course is five years.

after qualifying this examination with good marks ,you are eligible to get admission in good colleges which offers this course.

second is doing LLB after graduation.

    >>the duration for this LLB is only 3 years.

    >>grdauation in any stream from a recognised university in any stream.

    syllabus for entrance examination

    >>logical reasoning

    >>general awareness

    >>aptitude test

    >>communication skills.

some good institutes for this course:

    >>amity law school

    >>national institute of law

    >>chanakya law university.

hope the information is clear to you
