    LAW COMMON ENTRANCE TEST:-
    COURSE: Ll.B/B.L(3 yrs) AND BBA-Ll.B(5 Yrs)

    AGE:THE CANDIDATES MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 20 YEARS(22 YEARS FOR SC/ST/PH) OF AGE FOR 5 YEAR LAW DEGREE AND SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 30 YEARS (35 YEARS FOR SC/ST/PH) OF AGE FOR 3 YEAR LAW DEGREE .

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

    FOR 3 YEAR Ll.B/B.L.

    THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PASSED ANY GRADUATION FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS SECURING NOT LESS THAN 45% AGGREGATE(40% FOR SC/ST/PH) FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.

    Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET):::---

    Course Ll.B / B.L (3 yrs) and BBA-Ll.B (5 yrs)

    Conducted By Sri Venkateshwara University, Andhra Pradesh

    Age The candidates must not be more than 20 years (22 years for SC/ST/PH) of age for 5 year law degree and should not be more than 30 years (35 years for SC/ST/PH) of age for 3 year law degree

    Educational Qualification

    For 3 year Ll.B / B.L.

    The candidate must have passed any graduation for at least 3 years securing not less than 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/PH) from a recognized university

    For 5 year Ll.B / B.L. / BBA-Ll.B

    The candidate must have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination securing not less than 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/PH) from a recognized state or central board

    Note
    The candidates who have 10+2 or graduation / post graduation through open universities are not eligible.........

    LAWCET(law common entrance test) is conducted by sri venkateshwara university, andhra pradesh

    eligibility for LAWCET 2013

    1. for 3 year LL.B./B.L. course:

    if you are applying for 3 year LL.B./B.L. course, then you should have passed any graduate degree of a recognized university with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the universities concerned.

    maximum age for seeking admission into 3 year law degree program is limited to 30 years,if you belong to general category and to thirty five years , if you belong to sc,st and other backward communities.

    2. 5 Year LL.B./B.L. course:

    if you are applying for 5 year LL.B./B.L. should have passed two year intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the university concerned or the board of intermediate education, andhra pradesh.

    reservation of seats :

    Last date of notification Forms : 30-4-2013

    Sale of applications at convener's office S.V university, Tirupathi : 16-03-2013 to 31-05-2013 up to 5 pm.

    Entrance Tests :

    3 Year Lawcet : 11-06-2013 (saturday) 10.00-11.30 am

    5 Year Lawcet : 11-06 -2013 (saturday) 10.00-11.30 am


    Test paper Information :

    It consists of three parts with a total of 120 marks and a time duration of 90 minutes.

    Part A : 30 Marks for General Knowledge.

    Part B : 30 Marks for Current Affairs .

    Part C : 60 marks for Aptitute for the study of Law.

    These are the following eligibility criteria for LAWCET 2013----------------------

    1.the candidate must be graduate from recognised university
    2.the minimium 45% required in genral catagories
    3.40% for SC/ST/PH
    4.the candidates must not be more than 20 years .

    Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET) is conducted by the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati under the aegis of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Hyderabad.
    eligibility
    for the THREE years LL.B/B.L you have to pass and graduate degree(10+2+3) of a recognized university with 45% of marks.
    for the THREE years LL.B/B.L you have to pass two year intermediate examination (10+2) pattern.
    you have relaxation of 5% of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 3 year / 5 year Law course if you are belonging to SC / ST.
    age limit
    you must not be more than 20 years,
    if you are belong to the SC/ST/PH than you must not be more than 22 years,
    for 5 year law degree course, you must not be more than 30 years of age for 3 year law degree,

    3 years L.LB course:

    You need to complete the 3 years LLB course.
    And you will complete the Graduation with 10+2+3 level. You need to complete the graduation with 45% of marks.

    5 years LLB Course:

    You need to complete the 5 years LLB course. You need to complete the 10+2 level. And you need to complete the inter with 45% of marks.
