    * Any Indian national with a valid degree can appear for IBPS Exam if he or she is in the age group 20-30 as of July 2011.
    * Reservation is available SC/ST/OBC/ handicapped contestants.

    Eligibility Criteria for Common Written Examination(IBPS) Clerical Exam 2011 :-
    • Candidate must be Citizen of India
    Age Criteria : 18-28 years.
    Relaxations in age :
    SC/STs :5 years
    OBC : 3 years
    Persons with Disabilities :10 years
    Ex-Servicemen : 5 years

    Education Qualification :

    A degree in any course from a recognized University.
    or Must have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection ( IBPS) conducts a common exam for banking selection.

    ELIGIBILITY:

    1.A graduation in any degree from a recognised university

    2.Minimum age 20 years and maximum age 30 years.

    IBPS will declare the results of the exam and give a scorecard to you which will be valid for up to one-and-a-half-years. Once the validity period of the scorecard expires, you will have to reappear for the exam.Once you pass the common entrance exam,you need to respond to an individual bank's advertisement and appear for an interview.

    Last date : August 8

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts a Common bank exams for 19 public sector banks except for the SBI and its associates banks.

    Eligibility ::

    You should have completed your degree in any streams from a recognized university.

    You should be between 20 to 30 years to take the exam for general category students.There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students in upper age limit.

    For SC/ST the relaxation in upper age is :: 5 years
    For OBC the relaxation in upper age is :: 3 years

    You can take the exam as many times as you want and their no limitation for it .

    ELIGIBILITY FOR IBPS CLERICAL BANK EXAM :

    You must have the 60% marks in 10th from a government recognized Board.

    And 50% in the higher secondary exam.

    Nationality :

    Indian, Nealis, Bhutanes, and Tibetans.

    The minimum age required for the IBPS exam is 18 years as of 18/01/2012 and maximum is 28.

    There is a relaxation provide for the candidates for S.T : 5 years, Backward communities : 3 years, Disabled : 10 years, Widows : 9 years and some other classes.

    You need to passed 10+2 with 60% in any stream.

    you are interested in IBPS exam so i want to clear here you the eligibility criteria which is as:
    Candidate must complete degree of graduation from a government recognized university with an aggregate of at least 55% in order to appear in the banks P.O exams.The minimum age of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank is 20 years for fulfill the eligibility criteria of the bank. A person younger to this age limit is not applicable to sit in the bank's P.O examination.The maximum age limit of the candidate prescribed by the authorizes of the bank is 30 years of the age can't apply on the P.O bank exam.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

    for writing ibps exam you must be any Indian national with a valid degree and you should be in the age group 20-30 as of July 2011. Reservation is available for you if you belong to SC/ST/OBC/ handicapped contestants.     IBPS clerical exam is conducted for the clerical post in the 19 public sector banks but there are some banks which do not take part in this examination like SBI and its associates banks .The examination is done two times in a year .one time for the PO post and other time for the clerical post .

    The last date to fill the application form for the PO exam is over now it was 3 august but you still have time to fill the application form of the clerical exam.

    Important dates ::

    Starting date for filling application form online :: 25 August 2011
    Last date for for filling application form online:: 24 September 2011
    Date of Examination :: 27 November 2011

    Eligibility for the examination ::

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and it will conducts the common written examination for the Post of Clerical examination and to apply for this examination you need to Fulfill any one of the eligibility Criteria -

    >> Candidates Must have completed his 10Th examination in any discipline form a recognised university with minimum 60% marks. (OR)

    The meaning of IBPS is "anking Personnel Selection".And IBPS will conducts the common written examination for the Post of Clerical examination.

    If you wanna apply for this examination you need to Fulfill any one of the eligibility Criteria -

    -- You Must have completed his 10Th examination in any recognised board with minimum 60% marks. (OR)

    -- You Must have completed his 12Th examination in any recognised board with minimum 50% marks. (OR)

    -- You Must have completed his Graduation degree course in any recognised University.

    If you have satisfied any one of the eligibility criteria then you are eligible for IBPS Clerical examination.

    sir i am serving in air force & put up 18 years of service.i did my 10th with 68% and graduation from pune univ on the basis of IAF EDUCATION CERTIFICATE.whether i will be eligible for clerk exam after retirement or not?

    The IBPS clerk exam for 19 public sector banks is conducted by IBPS every year. The criteria regarding eligibility is mentioned below for IBPS clerk exam.
    A interested candidate should possess one of the following thing:
    1. A graduation pass degre( in any stream).
    OR
    2. 10+2 with 50% or more.
    OR
    3. 10th standard with 60% or more.
    >> Age: 18 to 28 years.

    10th pass from any recognized board with minimum 60% marks. (OR)
    12th pass with minimum 50% marks. (OR)
    In case of ST/SC they pass 10th and 12th.
