There is a limit in the number of attempts. Hence be sure to prepare well before applying for the same. Online applying procedure is very easy and it is cheap too. You must have completed a degree in any discipline. The notification is advertised in all leading newspapers every year during March end or April 1st week. There are three stages : preliminary, mains and interview. Be prepared well, before applying for the same and the success is yours.
