    Dear Candidate,

    For AFMC exam you must have to pass 10+2 under any Indian University board with the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology securing not less than 60% of aggregate marks in the three science subjects taken together, not less than 50% marks in each of the science subjects and not less than 50% marks in English. They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics at least of the matriculation standard.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AFMC EXAM 2013

    Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AIFMC exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English.

    Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects.For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

    Your minimum age should be 17 years.

    SYLLABUS FOR AFMC EXAM

    Preliminary Examination:

    The Preliminary Examination would consist of one paper containing 200 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics,Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only. The duration of paper would be 3 hours.

    Final Examination:

    (Only for those who qualify in the Preliminary Examination).
    The Final Examination would consist of one paper containing 120 objective type questions(four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only.

    For applying in this examination youy must be the citizen of India.
    You have successfully pass out in your +2 from a recognized board.
    You must have the Physics, Chemistry , Biology, English subject in your +2.
    You must be pass out in your +2 with minimum 60% marks in your aggregate.
    You must have atleast 50% marks in each subject (PCBE).
    You must have studied the Mathematics subject in your Entire matriculation.

    AFMC(Armed Forces Medical College) MBBS Entrance Exam is conducted by Armed forces Medical College Pune For taking Admission in MBBS Programme for taking Admission In AFMC Pune,India.

    Total numbers of Seats:-

    There are total number of 130 seats .
    >>105 for Boys and 25 For Girls

    After selection in this exam you will be called for an Interview.
    If you finally selected then you will have to make of Bond of Rs 15 lakhs.
    This amount you will have to paid to the Government if you leave this Programme before your Completation.

    >>After completing your course you can work for at least 7 years in Armed Forces.
    >>For getting selection in this course through this exam you should be physically sound.
    >>The total course duration of this program-me is 4 years and 6 months.

    Syllabus for this exam:-

    >>There will be 200 questions in this exam.
    >>The total time duration for this exam will be 120 minutes.
    >>The questions will be from class 10+2 level.

    The sections from which the questions will be asked are:-

    >>Biology - 50 Questions.
    >>Chemistry - 50 Questions.
    >>Physics - 50 Questions
    >>Reasoning - 25 Questions
    >>English Language - 25 Questions

    There is also Negative marking if you will give the wrong Answers.

    EXAM DATE FOR AFMC 2013:-This exam will be held on 1st Sunday of May 2013.

    Hi
    AFMC is going to conduct its UG and PG exam along with NEET(National eligibility cum entrance test) from 2013.
    The eligibility conditions are-

    Educational qualification:-
    The basic requirement is 10+2 with physics chemistry, biology and english.
    The marks obtained should be 60% and above in PCB combination.
    However in English and other science subjects it should not be less than 50%.
    Those who have passed any other exam which s equivalent to 10+2 with PCB and English should have mathematics in 10th standard.
    Those who are appearing in in current year of 10+2 exam before may 2nd are also eligible to apply.

    AGE REQUIREMENT:-
    The minimum age requirement is 17 years
    The maximum age may be 25 years.
    However there is age relaxation of 5 years for OBC and SC/ST students.
    The students should not be married.

    AFMC stand for (Armed Forced Medical College)

    ELIGIBILITY FOR AFMC 2013
    First of all, you have to be medically fit and unmarried.

    Age criteria
    As your academic qualification is 10+2, so you must be 17 years of age but must not have attained the age of 22 years.
    (A student who has passed B.Sc. examination or will be appearing in final B.Sc. examination and seeking admission must not have attained the age of 24 years.)

    Educational Qualification:

    Armed Force Medical College (AFMC) MBBS Entrance Exam is a national level entrance exam conducted by Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. The Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is a premier medical college in India.     Hi!

    AFMC is known as a centre of excellence for education and research. Under the collage you can get training for courses under-graduate and post-graduate medical and nursing.

    For AFMC exam condition is you completed 10+2 with subject Physics, Chemistry, Bio logy and English.

    Your age between minimum 17 years to 22 years.

    You must be Unmarried, medically fit.

    You must be an Indian Citizen or be a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or any other country with the objective of enduringly settling in India.





    Exam:



    The AFMC test written examination time holding 2 hours duration and will have one paper comprising of 200 objective type questions in the below subjects.

    Paper - Biology (Zoology and Botany)
    Marks- 50

    Paper -
    Chemistry
    Marks- 50

    Paper -
    Physics
    Marks- 50

    Paper - English Language and Comprehension
    Marks- 25

    Eligibility criteria for AFMC 2013:
    You need to pass 10+2 with physics, chemistry, Biology and English.
    The minimum marks required is 60% or above.
    Those who appearing in the current year of 10+2 examination before may 2nd are also eligible.

    Lower Age will be 17 years on or before 31st December of applying year.
    The upper age limit is 25 years.
    Relaxation of age of 5 years for sc, st, or OBC.

    AFMC stands for armed Forces Medical College.

    Now this year onwards the admission to AFMC will be made through NEET.

    The eligibility criteria for AFMC is

    The basic requirement is qualification in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The minimum mark required is 60% marks or above in PCB. They should not have scored less than 50% marks in English and in other science subjects. Those who have passed any other examination which is equivalent to plus two with PCB and English as their subject Candidates should also have passed mathematics in 10th standard.

    Those who are appearing in the current year of 10+2 examination before May 2nd are also eligible to apply. The lower age limit is 17 years on or before 31st December of the applying year. The upper age limit is 25 years. There is an exception of 5 years for those belonging to SC, ST or OBC.
    Candidates who are currently doing B.Sc final year should be 24 years on the year of application. The candidate should be an Indian citizen. Those who have migrated from Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and any other country with an intention to reside permanently in India can apply. Students should not be married. They are also not allowed to marry in between the course. Candidates should be physically fit.

    The eligibilty criteria is as follows:
    You should have passed your 12th examination with physics,chemistry,maths and biology.
    Your 12th percentage should be above 60%.
    In each of PCMB you must have scored atleast 55% in 12th examination.
    Your age should not be more thean 18years.
