    After passing your 12th class you can join that institute which are providing the journalist course in your area. You can also do this course after completing you graduation. But you have some special skills before join the journalist course.

    To become a journalist you have to pass any one of the following

    B.A( Hons ) Journalism (News)
    B.A( Hons ) Journalism (broadcast)
    B.A( Hons )Journalism (Multimedia)

    ->The Eligibility criteria to become a Journalist is that you should be 12th pass from any stream.

    ->You must have scored at least 60% marks aggregate in the 12th class if you wanted to join any good college.

    ->You must have good communication skills and linguistic skills and writing skills and listening skills.



    ->The courses which are available for the Journalist is:
    • B.A( Hons ) Journalism (News)
    • B.A( Hons ) Journalism (broadcast)
    • B.A( Hons )Journalism (Multimedia)
    • DIPLOMA IN JOURNALISM
    • B.SC IN JOURNALISM
    • P.G IN JOURNALISM
    And Afterwards you can join any specialization in News reading,Broadcasting,Reporter and Anchoring etc.

    my friend,
    the student completed the degree in mass communication is eligible to becom journalist.
    After completing your study in mass communication,you have a degree of journalist.you can get good job according to your knowledge of
    journalist.
    some courses are MCJ/MA/MJMC are the in mass communication to become a journalist.
    there is a lot of job opportunities in career with newspaper,website,TV channel,central information service and magazines etc.

    Earning potential of a journalist is satisfactory.

    To become a journalist you need to do BA(bachelor in arts) in journalism or mass communication.

    Eligibility for journalism:

    1.First you need to have good communication skill.

    2.You should have 12th pass certificate in any stream it does not matter.

    There are many good colleges in India which offers you courses in journalism.Some of them are follows:
    1.Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC),South Delhi

    2.Punjab Agricultural University,Ludhiana

    3.Guru Nanak Dev University ,Amritsar

    4.Indian Management Training & Research Institute,Jalandhar

    5.Lovely Professional University,Kapurthala

    6.Mohanlal Sukhadia University,Udaipur

    Journalism:
    Journalism is the course available for the students who had interest in the journalism and the eligibility for this course is...
    *Should complete 12 th with minimum of 60% in the Subjects related to journalism,like social,civics...
    *Should have the knowledge of the out side world...
    For applying to the journalism course one must appear to the bachelor degree course in the colleges which are offering jornalism...

It is the only media where the common people know about their place and different news.     Besides these there are several Institutes offering Journalism courses in different criteria like

    1.PASS IN SENIOR SECONDARY EXAMINATION +2 FROM ANY RECOGNISED INSTITUTE IN ANY STREAM.
