    Common written exam is conducted by IBPS.
    IBPS can conducts the exams twice the year.
    IBPS can release the clerical notification.

    The age limit for bank is 21 to 30years. Graduation degree is necessary. Then you apply many government and private banks. All the best

    >> Common Written examination was conducted by IBPS.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and the examination was held for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks, To apply for this examination candidates must have completed his 12Th examination with minimum 60% marks.

    >> If you have a Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, then you are also eligible to apply for This examination.

    But to apply for this examination your age should between 18 to 28 years, the upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates, For SC/ST Candidates there will be 5 year relaxation is applicable and For OBC Candidates there will be 3 year relaxation on age.

    >> The examination fees of IBPS CWE Examination was Rs 350 for General candidates and Rs 50 for SC, ST candidates. Candidates may fill the application form Online OR Offline, For Online application you need to pay the fees as a challan form in any nationalized banks and then you are eligible to apply for this examination online.

    and there is relaxation in upper age for SC/ST and OBC category candidates-
    SC/ST-18-33
    OBC-18 to 31
    Qualification-
    Minimum 12th with 60% marks are eligible to appear in this exam.
    Exam is held on 27th of November.
    Last date- 24th of September.

    The eligibility for Bank Clerk exam is as follows:

    -Passed in 10+2 exam with at least 60% marks.
    -Age limit: 18-28yrs.

    There is upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC,etc.

    for applying for bank exam in clerkcial post the maximum age limit is 18 years to 30 years. A degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

    Hi friend

    For the common bank exam the age limit is between 18 and 28.
    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts this exam .
    Educational Qualifications :
    A Degree in any Discipline or its equivalent from the Recognized University.
    The exams will be recruit clerical staff and entry-point officers .
    IBPS will declare the results of the exam and give a scorecard to the candidates which will be valid for up to one-and-a-half-years. Once the validity period of the scorecard expires, the candidate will have to reappear for the exam.

    There are two parts in the question paper:

    I.Objective test

    * Logical Reasoning 75 questions
    * English Language 50 questions
    * General Knowledge 50 questions
    * Aptitude 50 questions


    II.Descriptive Paper

    Argumentative Questions : 4 questions - 45 min.

    Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for group discussion and interview for final selection.

    IBPS conducts exam for the recruitment to the different banks in the India.Only SBI and its associates banks do no take part in this examination .The examination is done two times in a year .one time for the PO post and other time for the clerical post .

    The notification for the clerical date is out and for the PO date is over .Which means that you can apply for the clerical post only now .

    Eligibility ::

    The interested candidates should have a completed their class 12th with 60%marks

    Those students who have got degree in any streams can also apply for the clerical exams.

    You should be between 18-23 years .There is some relaxation in upper age limit is given to the SC/ST/OBC students .

    Important dates ::

    Last date for for filling application form online:: 24 September 2011
    Date of Examination :: 27 November 2011

    Eligibility ::

    You should have completed your degree in any streams from a recognized university.

    You should be between 20 to 30 years to take the exam for general category students.There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students in upper age limit.

    For SC/ST the relaxation in upper age is :: 5 years
    For OBC the relaxation in upper age is :: 3 years

    You can take the exam as many times as you want and their no limitation for it .

    The common written exam for clerk post of every bank is conducted by the IBPS. To apply for this post only those candidates are eligible whose age is in between 18 years to 27 years. The minimum qualification required for clerk post in 12th class with equal or more than 60% marks. The age relaxation is also given to the reserved category candidates. So this is also good of the reservation if you are coming in the reserved category. You can find more information on the IBPS website- www.ibps.in .

    clerical post is the common exam for all

    The common written exam for clerk post of every bank is conducted by the IBPS.

    Age limit:

    To apply for this post only those candidates
    are eligible whose age is in between 18 years to 27 years.

    You should be between 20 to 30 years to take the exam for general category students.
    There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students in upper age limit.

    For SC/ST the relaxation in upper age is = 5 years
    For OBC the relaxation in upper age is = 3 years


    the minimum qualification required for clerk post in 12th class with equal or more than 60% marks.

    IBPS Clerk Eligibility Details: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection IBPS will be conducted Common Written Examination (CWE) from the year 2011 on wards for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre vacancies has been approved by each of the 19 participating public sector banks.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Nationality/Citizenship: A Citizen of India.

    Age limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 28 years of age to general candidates.

    Educational qualification:

    (1) Pass with 60% marks in 10th Class. For SC-ST-OBC-PWD-EXSM candidates are just passed.

    (OR)

    (2) Pass with 50% marks in Intermediate (10+2), For SC-ST-OBC-PWD-EXSM candidates are just passed.

    (OR)

    (3) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent.

    All the common Bank Examinations are conducted by an Institution named as IBPS .

    IBPS -- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection .

    The Eligibility for IBPS exam is :
    Education qualifications - must pass / studying final year degree / engineering , which must be recognized by government of India .
    And also the student/candidate should me citizen of India.
    The age must be between 20-30 years for general candidates , for SC/ST Candidates 5 years relaxation , for BC category students relaxation set as 3 years , for the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years .

    The IBPS CWE Exam 2011 will be held first time for the recruitment of Bank PO and management trainees in the following Banks.
