    ICWAI (INSTITUTE OF COST AND WORK ACCOUNTANT INDIA) :
    The duration of this particular course is 3 years.

    Eligibility criteria:

    >you must complete 12th in recognized board

    >You must score minimum 55% of marks

    Course details:In this you will have three levels:


    >Foundation
    >Intermediate
    >>Group 1
    >>Group 2
    >Final level

    Note:

    >If you complete your under graduate means you can directly join intermediate
    level.you need not to study foundation level .

    >If you complete intermediate you can write the exam group 1 and group 2 two modules means
    you are eligible to join the final level

    INSTITUTES OF COST AND WORKS ACCOUNTS OF INDIA has three levels.

    1.foundation-you can apply after completing 12th(age 17 years)
    2.intermediate-you can apply after qualifing foundation course other than after completing graduation.
    3.final-you can aply this for after completing intermediate.

    Duration of the course;
    Foundation-10 months
    Intermediate -1 year
    Final -1 year.

    Hi, ICWAI is Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

    There are three stages to pursue Cost Accountant course :

    1. Foundation Course
    2. Intermediate Course
    3. Final Course

    Duration of this course is 5 years.

    If you have completed your 12th class you can join for the Foundation Course. Also The minimum age for applying for the ICWA course is 17 years.

    If you have completed your graduation you can directly enter in to the Intermediate Course.

    If you pass in the second stage of the exam i.e Intermediate Course you will be directly eligible for attending Final Course.

    Admission to ICWAI Qualification :

    Foundation Course:
    Eligibility for Admission:
    a) 17 years of age; and
    (b) Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board
    Incumbents waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission

    Intermediate Course:
    Eligibility for Admission:
    (a) is not less than 18 years of age; and
    (b) has passed degree Examination of any recognised University or equivalent
    Incumbents waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission

    Fees
    Cost of Prospectus - Rs. 200/-
    Postal Tuition Fee (including study material) - Rs. 3500/-
    Oral Coaching Fee (including study material) - Rs. 3500/-

    Intermediate Course:
    Fees
    Cost of Prospectus - Rs. 200/-
    Postal Tuition Fee (including study material) - Rs. 7000/-
    Oral Coaching Fee (including study material) - Rs. 11000/-

    Documents to be enclosed with application form:

    1. Bank Draft ( as mentioned above)
    2. Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate
    3. Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement
    4. Three photographs attested and pasted on the form

    Exams are held two times in a year i.e. on 11th to 18th June and on 10th to 17th December.
    For June Term Examination apply before 05th December of previous year and for December Term Examination apply before 05th June.

    All students shall submit their Postal Application form, duly filled in together with relevant documents and remittances to their respective Regional Councils only.
