If u want to do CA after b.com so first you have to fight the cpt exams it's a entrance exam of CA if you will be passed in this exam or got the passing marks then easily you can take the admission in CA. after qualifying cpt exam you can join any best institute for CA. In delhi may good institute are going on for CA. and the duration of CA 5years after 10+2 and you have done b.com and figth the cpt exam then it's duration to 4 year approx and the of CA course per module 25000 rs. and the 5000 registration fee this fee structure are for per module according to the exams.

After graduation(B.com) you can directly register yourself for the second stage of CA i.e. IPCC.
Minimum duration of whole CA course after B.com is 2.5 years.
(if you clear all the exams in 1st attempt)

Rest whole duration of this course depends upon you and your capability it can take 4,5, and so on years to become CA...

For registration:-

For your academic qualification you can register/apply for IPCC if you satisfy anyone
of the following conditions..


1. You have passed CPT.
or
2. You have passed B.Com. with 50% or more marks.

If you are eligible then you can register.

You can download the the course registration form from the ICAI webiste.
Download the registration form, get a print out of it and fill it as instructed.
The course fee details is given in the registration form itself.

The course registration fee has to paid by Demand Draft or Pay order.
You have to enclose the DD/PO with your registration form to send it to ICAI.

You also have to enclose attested (by a CA/Gazetted Officer) copy of your 12th and
Graduation marks sheet....

Duration of C.A. course is 4 years.
You have to pass your 12th from any stream with more than 60% marks to pursue your C.A. course.
You should apply directly for PCC after completing your graduation and write the entrance test.

Eligibility for CA Entrance Exams :
1. The aspiring candidate for a CA exam should have cleared the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2). Students waiting for (10+2) results can also apply.
2. Students can join a CA program after (10+2) or graduation. There is no restriction in terms of age or percentage secured in (10+2).

Admission Process and CA Entrance Exam Pattern :
1. CPT – Common Proficiency Test is the most important examination to be cleared by the candidates in order to enter the area of chartered accountancy.
2. Common proficiency test is conducted 2 times in a year in the months of June and December.
3. CPT includes 4 subject tests that the candidate is required to clear. The subjects are as follows:
A: Accounting
B: Mercantile Laws
C: General Economics
D: Quantitative Aptitude Test
4. CPT is a 2 hours exam and is divided into 2 sessions each. CPT is an objective type 200 marks exam with negative marking for wrong answers.
